We created this 36 page guide to offer healing professionals a practical and broad overview of the concepts, resources, and practices that create a more accessible healing space for survivors of sexual trauma, while also bolstering professionals in their vocation.

Within this guide, we present 12 elements of trauma-informed care that are explored in two parts:

• A brief description of the element and how it supports trauma-informed healing

• An invitation to experience the element through an exercise, inquiry, or reflection

This is a guide and not a checklist. It is intended to spark curiosity, inquiry, and dialogue both within ourselves and with the survivor community we support.
